Where can I see the products?
We sell our full range of products online at www.braun-clocks.com. In addition we have a number of authorised stockists globally. For further details of these, please visit the stockist section.

Can I exchange my Braun product?
From the receipt of the product you have 28 days to exchange it as long as the product is still in its original condition. We offer exchanges for products that may be faulty please refer to the warranty for information on the eligibility for an exchange.

Are the products covered by a warranty?
All our products come with a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty, please visit the Warranty page for more information.

How do I return products purchased online at www.braun-clocks.com?
From the date of receipt of your items, you have 28 days to return the goods for a full refund. The refund can only be given if the products are returned unused and in the original packaging. With your purchase you will have received a returns form, be sure to include the completed returns form with your unused product, appropriately packaged. Please visit our Returns& Refunds page for more information.

Where can I get my watch repaired?
Should you require work under warranty, please send your watchand a copy of your sales receipt and/or your certificate of warranty with a completed watch repair form to your nearest authorised watch service center. Please note: The warranty covers faulty workmanship with normal usage for the lifetime of the watch. It does not cover Leather strap, battery, buckle replacement. Please refer to warranty section for more information

Are Braun watches waterproof?
All of our watches are a minimum of 3 ATM water resistant. Please check individual product specification for your particular watch.

How do I know if my order has been successful? 
When you complete your order online you will receive aconfirmation email containing all details of your order.

How can I track my order? 
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email informing you that your product has been dispatched, if you require the tracking number please let us know in the comments section on the checkout page.
